You will be billed in NEW ZEALAND Dollars (NZD) at the time of purchase.

The name on your cardholder statement for any transactions through this site will be "NZ DIMENSIONZ LTD".

All orders are subject to the availability of products. If for any reason a product is not available, the seller will endeavour to notify the non-availability on this website. The seller may revise the range of products, pricing or the specification of any product at any time and without notice to the buyer.

Click and Collect

Due to increased demand we are now offering a "Click & Collect" option upon checkout. Please note that this is not an instant pick-up option.

Your order will be ready for collection at our office in 54 Kent Street, Carterton on the next business day following your order date. We would appreciate if you could collect your goods during office hours Monday to Friday between 9:00AM and 4:30PM or Contact Us to make individual arrangements. You will receive a system-generated email when your order is ready for collection.

Refunds and Returns

Whilst we endeavour to supply only the best products, sometimes things occur that are beyond our control. In these cases we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Please note that under New Zealand legislation we do not have to give a refund if you simply change your mind.

Freight and Dispatch

Freight charges are added at check out to your account. It is calculated on where you are in the world and the weight of the items selected.

All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days unless otherwise negotiated.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive regular email updates on the delivery status of your item.

For specific service details we recommend you check on Domestic Delivery Updates and International Delivery Updates regularly. 

All orders are subject to availability of stock and you will be notified immediately if we are temporarily out of stock.

Customs Duty and Sales Tax

It rarely happens, but if your parcel is stopped by your country’s customs department and they wish for you to pay a duty or sales tax, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for this.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in our pricing for New Zealand customers only.


We stand by all our products. So, if for any reason the product you receive has been damaged by the shipping process, please contact us within 14 days and we will replace the item or refund your money on receipt of the damaged item.
