Thanks for purchasing from our store.

Shipping rates and fees will vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.

These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over this.

We apologise to our valued customers in the EU and UK that our checkout has been temporarily disabled for your shipping zones while we are working on the implementation of the new VAT regulations. In the meantime we can offer you a manual import entry process at an additional cost of NZD 65.00 for any orders over NZD 250.00 declared value. Please contact us if you would like to make use of this option.

Delivery Targets

We ship orders within 48 hours of receipt on Weekdays.

Delays are to be expected for all international orders since unpredictable COVID-19 lockdown measures may hold up your order while in transit.

Time frames specified are delivery targets only in accordance with services offered by our 3rd party freight partners as follows:

Within New Zealand. Overnight Courier. This Shipping facility is tracked.

Economy Tracked. This is our most economic international freight option for all orders up to 20kg. Please check estimated delivery targets for your country here prior to placing an order with us.

Courier. This shipping facility is tracked and has priority over Economy shipments. Please check estimated delivery targets for your country here prior to placing an order with us.

Express. For any time-critical orders we recommend using this shipping option. This shipping facility is tracked and will have priority over any other international orders. Please check estimated delivery targets for your country here prior to placing an order with us.

Please note: If your item is held up in transit due to customs inspection, this can delay your shipment even further. Whilst this is a rare occurrence we have no control over this. 

Breakages and Damaged goods

We stand behind the quality of our product and if your product is damaged or broken in transit, please contact us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

When ordering from our store, the recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Large and oversize orders

We currently have a size limit of 25 kilos for domestic and 20 kilos for international shipping. If you wish to purchase a large amount, please contact us for an individual freight quote.

Refunds And Returns

Whilst we endeavour to supply only the best products, sometimes things occur that are beyond our control. In these cases we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Please note that under New Zealand legislation we do not have to give a refund if you simply change your mind.
